PAINTER was supposed to caulk around windows in the east bedroom--he did not also 2 complete sets of keys were missing--I tried to call him but he left for Utah. I was forced to twist off the lock for my electrical sink panel-circuit breakers--- I could have frozen to death- I am 68 years old. borrowed boltcutter would not cut the lock. He is way too pushy and emotional and tries to overcharge if he can get his way. See more See less
