He did extra things he found only after offering me the bid and made payment for those completely optional (based on the great results, I did "tip" him an amount of my own choosing). out of 5 starsPAINTER was supposed to caulk around windows in the east bedroom--he did not also 2 complete sets of keys were missing--I tried to call him but he left for Utah. I was forced to twist off the lock for my electrical sink panel-circuit breakers--- I could have frozen to death- I am 68 years old. borrowed boltcutter would not cut the lock. He is way too pushy and emotional and tries to overcharge if he can get his way. See more See less

They covered and masked the entire floors in the area to be painted, and masked around a lot of little knobs and door handles. 2 coats of paint were applied to all surfaces.
